As COO at Percona, I lead a team dedicated to empowering businesses with open source database solutions. With over 9 years as an integral part of Percona’s leadership, I have an intimate understanding of our vision, operations, and unwavering commitment to our customers, community and partners.

My 25+ years of global experience in Operational Leadership, Support, Success and Services delivery, including establishing US operations for Mettoni Inc leading to a successful exit to Enghouse Systems (TSX:ENGH) in 2010, have equipped me with a strong foundation in driving excellence and strategic growth within the technology sector.

I am passionate about upholding Percona’s core values, driving operational excellence, and propelling our strategic vision forward, all while fostering a vibrant open source community. Outside of work, you might find me in Raleigh, NC, passionately (and sometimes despairingly) following Arsenal FC from afar.
