Alkin Tezuysal
Alkin Tezuysal is Director of Services at Altinity and a 30-year veteran of open-source database systems. He’s the co-author of the MySQL Cookbook (O’Reilly, 4th Edition) and the upcoming Database Design and Modeling with PostgreSQL and MySQL (Packt, 2024). Recognized as an Oracle ACE Pro and MySQL Rockstar, Alkin has worked with hundreds of MySQL and ClickHouse deployments in production. He regularly speaks at FOSDEM, Percona Live, and international tech events. At Altinity, he leads customer solutions for scalable, real-time data architectures using ClickHouse, Iceberg, and the emerging Project Antalya. He is also the founder of PulbDB and MyVector, open-source tools bridging AI workloads with relational databases.
