Percona Privacy Policy

What this site does

perconalive.com is a mostly static conference site. It publishes event information (dates, venues, agendas, talks, speakers, and press coverage). Registration and ticket purchase are handled by third-party checkout pages (for example EventCreate) linked from our registration pages. Those checkout providers process payment and registration data under their own terms and privacy notices in addition to Percona’s policies.

Information you may provide

• Browsing the site: Like most websites, infrastructure logs and analytics may record technical data such as IP address, user agent, and pages viewed. Production pages may load Google Tag Manager for analytics as configured by Percona.
• Contacting us: If you email perconalive@percona.com or use Percona contact forms, we process the information you send so we can respond.
• Registering for an event: Ticket purchase and attendee registration happen on external registration platforms. Provide only what those forms request; review their privacy notices at checkout.

Cookies and similar technologies

Analytics or marketing tags, when enabled in production, may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Details of Percona-wide practices are in the Percona Privacy Policy.

Speakers and public profiles

Speaker pages on this site show names, titles, companies, photos, and biographies provided for conference promotion. If you are a speaker and need a correction, contact perconalive@percona.com.

Your rights and requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data Percona holds about you. To exercise those rights, follow the instructions in the Percona Privacy Policy or contact Percona through the channels listed there.

Changes

We may update this page when the conference site’s practices change. The Percona Privacy Policy remains the primary legal document for Percona’s privacy commitments.
